 ( However ) I do not perform repairs on those items or systems that I find In need of repair at the time of a Home Inspection. This is a conflict of interest and is not permitted by the North Carolina Home Inspectors Licensure Board , for a period of one year.

I will perform repairs on Buildings that have been Inspected by other Inspection companies .
