Your report is even more thorough than I expected. The whole 53 page report will serve as a ( to do ) list of repair and upgrades for some time to come . I feel very comfortable about this home purchase due to your excellent report . It is well worth every penny of your bill and then some . Thank you so much for all your hard work today. We also really appreciate you pointing things out to us, as well as giving pointers on fixing any problems. I just wanted to let you know that I left a really good survey on you on that site you have our report on, I hope you get that, if not I can email you one for your website. I will definately recommend you to inspect any home, I'll send anyone thats getting a house your way.
Also, do you by any chance give an estimate on the report for repairs? Just wondering because our contingency is on the repair costs, if it's too costly on our part, we can choose to walk away.
