( What is included in a water supply well inspection )
 ( 1 ) Locate the well , get information off the well casen label ( such as ) = diameter , depth, gallons of water per minute . Some time the label is missing, preventing retreving all information.
 ( 2 ) Check to see if the well is properly sealed and cap in in good condition.
 ( 3 ) Check well piping , pump and water storage tank when visable for conditions .
 ( 4 ) Check well pump for proper startup and kickout function and pressure .
 ( 5 ) Check for proper soil slope away from the well location. Check condition of the well concrete base if present .
 ( 6 ) Check for minimal distance from well to a sectic system . Minimal is 50 Feet. FHA requires 75 to 100 feet .
