My report is a narrative computer generated report with digital pictures, and arrows pointing to any problems. An Email notification is sent to the client and will lead the client to the report . The client will receive an ID and Pass word to pickup the report . The report is also stored on line for several years for further review . You may also pickup the report from my Webb Sight at any time . The report is generally complete the same day of the inspection . Older buildings may take a little longer to complete the report .( Check out the sample reports ) The report is clear and easy to understand. I will make every effort to discover and report any defects or areas of concern to you. After you review your report, you will feel confident that I was thorough and had your best interest in mind. ( Additional Inspections ) At an additional fee I perform inspections on = unattached building , septic system function ( Pending ) , well function, water quality testing , Radon inspections , Mold evaluations , Mold testing , Hot tub inspections , swimming pool inspections , water sprinkler systems , whole house generator inspections . etc.

( Construction and Repairs ) I also perform repairs and upgrade on Buildings . I do not perform repairs on systems that I inspect for a period of 1 year .

I deliver the report over the Internet to anywhere in the united states , Generally in the same day of the inspection . You may also pay for the inspection on line at the time of receiving the report.

I am also available on Saturdays on special appointments.

The report is stored on line for several years with a password protected link for your review .
