Well System Inspections
With so many pristine beautiful lakes in Wisconsin, it can be easy to take our drinking water for granted. However, there is nothing more impactful to your families quality of life than fresh and clean drinking water. Whether purchasing a new home or a vacation getaway, Well System Inspections can keep your existing drinking water fresh and ready for many more years to come.
What our inspection includes.
-
Verifying everything is up to code.
We will verify that your private well is compliant with all state code items and industry standards of safety. Some of these items include distances between your well and health hazards, physical condition of the well itself, and verifying the well is safe and secure from intrusion.
-
Testing of the system.
We will verify that your private well can keep up with you and your family’s needs and uses. Testing the functionality and quality of items like the well pump, the pressure tank, and associated valves.
-
Water Sampling.
We will collect water samples that will be sent to a state certified laboratory for analysis. The samples will be checking for E-coli, Coliform bacteria, Nitrates, and Arsenic. We can also conduct additional testing if there are specific area concerns or if your bank requires specific analysis. Safety of your drinking water is our #1 concern.
